Author Guidelines
World Journal of Biology and Biotechnology published research/review manuscript which has not been published elsewhere (only in the form of abstract, lecture and thesis) and are not currently under consideration elsewhere. Corresponding author has responsibility for ensuring that all the other co-authors and a particular institution have approved the research. Format or Structure of Manuscript: The manuscript must be according to format of Journal. Click here to download the template paper. The manuscripts should be written in English (Cambria 10) on letter paper (width 8.5" and height 11") with 1" margin on top and bottom and 0.5" on left and right. Single spaced and one column should be used in all manuscripts. The Tittle of the manuscript should be bold. Full names of authors (do not use abbreviations) and their affiliation should be written after tittle. The email address of each author is required while only email of the corresponding author will be used in final publication. The importance of the studies, reliable results and the conclusion should be added in 250 to 300 words abstract. It is suggested to use standard nomenclature, and acronyms should be avoided. Only 4 to 7 keywords are required at the end of the abstract with abbreviations. The background of study or problem, important and recent literature must be included in the introduction. The introduction should be broad enough to pique the reader's interest. By presenting a compelling study statement in the opening, the tone of the manuscript should be established. It must provide the suggested strategy or resolution as well as any pertinent research on the study issue. Objectives must be added at the end of the introduction. Materials and Methods should provide a detailed explanation of the materials (trade or manufacturer's names, procedure, and analyses employed in the investigation. Any significant change to previously optimized procedures should be noted with the relevant reference and a comprehensive detail is required for the innovative technique. Results (to the point) and Discussions (logical about findings and most recent) may or may not combine. International System of Units (SI units) should be used to abbreviate the units. Tables and figures should be in editable form where applicable. Acknowledgment includes salutation of people, grant and fund details etc. References must be at the end of the manuscript according to format of the journal. References (EndNote references are highly recommended. Click here to download the template. In running text or parenthesis, single author should be cited in literature e.g Abbas (2016) studied that or (Abbas, 2016), two authors should be separated by and not & e.g Abbas and Muhammad (2016) studied that or (Abbas and Muhammad, 2016) and in case of more than two authors, et al., should be used e.g Abbas et al. (2016) studied that or (Abbas et al., 2016). Chronological order should be used for two or more citations in the text (Abbas et al., 2013; Muhammad et al., 2014; Ali et al., 2015 and Fatima et al., 2016). Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the use or close imitation of the language and ideas of another author and representation of them as one's own original work. Duplicate publication, sometimes called self-plagiarism, occurs when an author reuses substantial parts of his or her own published work without providing the appropriate references. The similarity index of the manuscript will be checked (must be less or equal than 18%) before sending for the review process. If plagiarism will be found after publication, the SCIENTIFIC PRESS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will contact the author’s institute and funding agencies for necessary actions and plagiarism will be mentioned on published manuscript. Proofread Version: After satisfactory revision and acceptance, an the electronic proof read version of final manuscript will be sent to corresponding authors and only minor corrections in the text are allowed before publication. The final manuscripts will be available online but it will be published on its turn.

The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.





Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.




The text is single-spaced; uses a 10-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.




The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.




If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.





That the paper presents original work not previously published in similar form and not currently under consideration by another journal.






That each author has seen and approved the content of the submitted manuscript.






That if the paper contains material (data or information in any other form) that is the intellectual property and copyright of any person(s) other than the Author(s), then permission of the copyright owner(s) to publish that material has been obtained. In case the permission has not been obtained, the author(s) will be responsible for any such violation.






That the copyright material is clearly identified and acknowledged in the text of the paper. Moreover, prior permission has been obtained to present such material in the manuscript.

The names and email addresses entered in World Journal of Biology and Biotechnology will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Partial Wavier Policy
- If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
- The publsihed manuscript will be freely available in the PDF format.
